Upcoming LLOPS Social Events

[Feb 18, 2022]

It’s been a very long time without any regular social activities for which I, as Social Committee Chair, apologize. To get things going again, we will have a monthly activity for the next few months. The majority are virtual events, either happy hours or “coffee chats” earlier in the day. We are hoping to have an in-person social event in May, exact date and time TBD. I’m hoping this will allow a chance for members to connect and catch up with each other. We may even employ breakout rooms in some of the events depending on how things go. The schedule is below and I have attached Outlook calendar appointments if you want to add those to your calendar. If Outlook doesn’t work for you let me know and I can send the WebEx details.

Feb 24 – 10 AM (30 min) – Virtual Coffee Chat

March 31 – 4 PM (1 hour) – Virtual Happy Hour

April 28 – 10 AM (30 min) – Virtual Coffee Chat

May 25 or 26 at 4 PM – AALL leadership visit happy hour, hopefully an in-person event! Details TBD.

June 30 – 10 AM (30 min) – Virtual Coffee Chat

Our coffee chat next week will be a good chance for us to see how this works and perhaps brainstorm some other activities to try. Thank you and have a great weekend!
