Greeting LLOPSters,

As a follow-up to Mark’s email below, I am sending one more message off listserv to ensure it reaches all members. We hope that you received listserv communications from Program Committee Co-Chairs Crystal Alberthal and Maya Swanes last week about our next virtual meeting (more details about that below). If you did not receive their email or if you have experienced delivery issues in the past, the Gaggle Mail Knowledgebase suggests whitelisting the LLOPS email ( by adding it to your email contact list. The attached Whitelisting Kit contains instructions on how to do this in various email platforms (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Android Mail, etc.). Taking this step should ensure successful delivery in the future, but if you continue experiencing problems, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mark Desierto, Kristin Kimura, and me (cc’d on this email), and we will help troubleshoot the issue.

I also wanted to thank everyone who has completed the LLOPS Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Survey. The Board and I appreciate you taking the time to share your input and feedback with us. The survey will close tomorrow, February 9th at 5pm PST. If you have not had a chance to take the survey yet, please consider doing so before it closes.

Lastly, if you did not receive Crystal and Maya’s email last week, details about the upcoming virtual meeting are below.

Please save the date for the February LLOPS meeting on Wednesday, February 24 at 12 noon. The program committee is excited to announce that Sarah Larsen, Outreach Librarian at Minnesota State Law Library will be coming to speak with us about her outreach and access to justice efforts during a pandemic.
