Are You CONNECTED?
There’s a lot of movin’ and shakin’ going on at LLOPS these days. At our January Business Meeting, President Robyn Hagle officially unveiled LLOPS 2.0. In addition to our blo
g and website, we now have a group presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. Ever the chapter to be on the cutting (not bleeding) edge of technology, we are once again leading the way, along with other AALL chapters like NOCALL and SANDALL.
You can connect to our group pages by using the newly installed buttons on the right-side panel of this site. Why, oh why, do I need to be connected in so many ways, you might ask? It’s more about your preferred medium than it is about knowing how to fry an egg 50 different ways. For instance, you can read our blog posts on Facebook, if you already happen to be logged in there on a regular basis. Both LinkedIn and Facebook are also great opportunities for us to reach out to potential new LLOPS members and those who are curious but have not yet discovered their inner law librarian. Ultimately, as we redesign the website, we’ll be looking for ways to sync all of these technologies into one place. So, go ahead and get connected. Everybody’s doing it!

Yay! Nice work, Kristine and company!!
I agree. What a big endeavor.
