Please join me in congratulating the new AALL Chapter Council Chair, our own LLOPS President, Philippe Cloutier. Also elected to chair the SIS Council is Maryruth Storer from the Orange County Public Law Library. Their terms begin at the close of the 2015 Annual Meeting.
